Terms of Use for Mine Apps
By using a Mine app, you agree to these terms. They apply to My Cats, My Dogs, My Aquariums and other Mine apps that link to this page.
The service
The Mine apps are personal organisation tools. Features may differ between apps and may be changed, improved, or removed over time.
Your content
You are responsible for the information, photos, and documents you add. You must have the right to store and share your content. Do not add another person’s sensitive information without a valid basis.
iCloud and sharing
Sync and sharing may depend on your Apple ID, iCloud, CloudKit, the internet, and Apple services. When you invite someone, you are responsible for ensuring that the sharing is wanted and appropriate.
Pro and in-app purchases
Some features may require a one-time purchase or another payment model shown in the App Store. Payment, receipts, and any Family Sharing are handled under Apple’s terms.
Not professional advice
The apps do not replace veterinary, medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on recorded information and reminders.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the apps useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free synchronisation, or constant availability of Apple services. To the extent permitted by law, Mine Apps is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect entries, missing backups, sharing, or service interruptions.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the apps or applicable rules change. For material changes, we update the date on this page. Contact support@mineapper.no with questions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
