Privacy Policy for Mine Apps

Mine Apps develops apps that help you organize information about pets, aquariums, homes, belongings, and food. This policy applies to My Cats, My Dogs, My Aquariums, and other Mine apps when they link to this page.

Information you choose to store

Our apps may store information you enter, such as profiles, photos, documents, notes, calendar entries, health and treatment notes, water parameters, maintenance, belongings, or food items. You decide what to record.

Camera, photos, and documents

Camera, photo, and document permissions are used only when you ask an app to capture or choose content. Where document scanning and text recognition are provided as local features, processing takes place on the device. You decide what is stored or shared.

Storage and iCloud

Data may be stored locally on your device and synchronized through Apple iCloud and CloudKit when iCloud is enabled. Mine Apps does not create a separate user account or password for you.

Sharing

Sharing happens only when you choose to invite someone through Apple’s sharing features. An invited person can access the content included in the shared area. A local copy may remain on the recipient’s device after access is removed.

Notifications, location, and technical data

Notifications are used for reminders you enable. Location is used only in apps and features where you expressly grant access, such as a possible walking feature. The apps are not designed to track you and do not use advertising networks.

Diagnostics and troubleshooting

The apps may use local technical diagnostics to investigate errors, performance, synchronization, and image processing. This may include technical events, error codes, timestamps, and anonymized identifiers. Some diagnostic features can be enabled by the user or may be available in testing and development versions.

Diagnostic reports are not automatically sent to Mine Apper. If you choose to share a report with support, it may contain technical information about the app and your device. Please avoid including personal information that is not necessary for troubleshooting.

In-app purchases

Payment and receipts are handled by Apple through the App Store. Mine Apps receives purchase entitlement status, but not card details or full payment information.

Retention and deletion

Information remains until you delete it in the app, on your device, or in iCloud, or until Apple’s services remove it under their own policies. Exported backups and files shared or saved elsewhere must be deleted separately.
